To Do:

1. Finish your Final Products (poster, video, action product). Use the following naming convention: Your Name_2025_poster, product, video'

  • Example: Abigail_2025_poster
    • Abigail_2025_product
    • Abigail_2025_video

2. Design your ‘Exhibition Space’ with your peers.

3. Set up your booth:

  • Use the files in your ‘09. Booths’ folder to help you plan.

  • View last year’s booths for ideas.

  • Get feedback from teachers, peers, and mentors.

  • Your parents can help you with purchasing materials and printing, however, you are responsible for bringing materials to school and setting up your booth.

  • We will begin setting up booths on Thursday, 6 March and aim to finish by Monday, 10 March.

4. Attend one mentor meeting if possible.

5. Have your mentor complete the Mentor Assessment either this week or next week, during a mentor meeting if possible.

6. Write one journal entry.

7. Update the right-hand column of your ATL and Profile reflection.

Note the schedule changes for this week:

  • Tuesday, 4 March: Math test + Exhibition Space meeting - 7-9.20 a.m.
  • Wednesday, 5 March: Soccer Carnival
  • Thursday-Friday, 6-7 March: Booth + Exhibition space design
  • Friday, 7 March: Possible DP Art Exhibition visit (TBD)

Reschedule mentor meetings if needed. If you have a meeting on Thursday or Friday and you are still working on your booth, consider inviting your mentor to your booth to give you feedback and complete the mentor assessment at the same time.
