To Do:
1. Finish setting up your booth on Monday. Get feedback from teachers, mentors, peers and make final adjustments.
2. Develop and rehearse your booth presentation. Adjust for different audiences.
3. Get feedback from teachers on your booth presentation.
4. Give and receive feedback to at least three of your peers using the print copy of the Booth Display and Presentation Feedback Form.
5. Evaluate your own booth presentation using the digital copy.
6. If necessary, have a final meeting with your mentor to complete the Mentor Assessment.
7. Write 1-2 journal entries.
8. Update the right-hand column of the ATL & Profile Reflection.
9. Complete the Final Reflection by Friday, 14 March.
10. Have your parents complete the Parent Reflection by Wednesday, 19 March.
11. Write a thank you card for your mentor. Instructions will be given on Thursday.

Monday, 10 March - No Language due to booth preparation.
Tuesday, 11 March – PYPX Day 1
Dress code: Retreat shirt.
No specialist lessons due to booth presentations.
Session 1: 10-11 a.m. (Parents, Visitors)
Session 2: 11 a.m. -12 p.m.
Session 3: 1-2 p.m.
2-3 p.m.: Clean up
Wednesday, 12 March – PYPX Day 2
Session 4: 8-9 a.m.
Session 5: 10-11 a.m.
11.30-12.20: Clean up
Thursday, 13 March: Band Ensemble students will have rehearsal from 10-11.10 a.m.
Friday, 14 March: Band Ensemble students will have rehearsal from 10-11.10 a.m.
Please avoid scheduling mentor meetings when you are expected to be in the pod or in class.
It is recommended that you schedule your final mentor meeting on Thursday or Friday during a break. If you cannot meet with your mentor in person, please remind them to visit your booth, and communicate with them through email or Teams.
